You can easily book online using our "Book a Ride" modal or our mobile app. Enter your pickup address, destination, pet details, and choose your preferred date and vehicle tier. Confirm your booking, and we'll match you with a certified driver instantly.

Yes! For standard rides, we provide a live GPS link to monitor location. For VIP Pet Care and Van transfers, our vehicles are equipped with cabin video cameras, allowing you to stream a live feed of your pet's compartment during the trip.

All of our drivers carry specialized pet first aid kits and are certified in handling basic pet emergencies. In case of serious health changes during transit, the driver will safely reroute to the nearest emergency partner veterinary clinic and notify you immediately.

Our pricing plans are transparent and flat-rate based on the selected service plan (Basic, Premium, or VIP). For custom or long-distance journeys exceeding standard zones, pricing is calculated on a fixed per-kilometer rate. We never charge surge fees.

We offer free cancellations up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the pickup window will incur a small flat fee ($10) to compensate the driver already dispatched to your location.
